Iron Casting:

One of our metal casting services include gravity iron casting, which is a more permanent mould casting process and is preferred because it is more accurate and offers great reliability during casting. Metcast is capable to meet the iron casting needs of our clients and are presently using the following grades,

Aluminium Components:

Our manufacturing capabilities also include precision- engineered aluminium components and aluminium alloys. Our manufacturers can work on new product development or existing products. Be it aluminium alloy castings, aluminium die castings or aluminium sand castings; we can get the job done for you.

Three Dimensional Modelling:

Component drawings sent to us by clients are vector graphic and we possess the capability to work on the 3D image of the component or develop one as per client need.

Solidification simulation done through software:

A mould flow analysis allows us to determine the characteristics of the resin and predict the flow through the mold and into cavities. It also allows us to analyze the mold design.

Testing:

Component testing includes chemical composition testing using spectrometers, test to determine mechanical properties and no- destructive tests to detect internal defects.
