Metcast is capable to take care of the complete New Product Development (NPD) process. We take care of idea generation, product design and detail engineering. Our NPD process looks like:
1. Concept:
We work on the rough idea that our customers come up with and provide the proper assessment on feasibility.
2. Design:
If found viable, an engineering drawing is created and built to specification through our contracts with manufacturers.
3. Fabrication:
Cast aluminum or steel is used by the contracted manufacturer for the mould.
4. Testing:
Product quality and performance is tested to ensure it fits purpose mentioned by the client.
